We offer FREE Royal Mail 3-5 Days Tracked UK Delivery on all orders over £100. This service ensures safe and timely delivery to UK Mainland addresses within 3-5 working days, from Monday to Friday. (All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday / Tuesday.)
We strive to ensure that 90% of our orders are shipped to customers within 2–3 working days. However, this is subject to the availability of certain items, and we cannot guarantee this delivery timeframe. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Please note that we are not liable to refund any delivery charges for delayed orders. If your order exceeds 5 working days, you will be notified and given the option to either receive a refund or choose a replacement for items that may be out of stock.
