1. Warranty Coverage: BuyVapesBulk offers a 30-day manufacturer's guarantee on faulty devices (excluding disposable vapes) from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects arising from the manufacturing process. We stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure your satisfaction.

2. Exclusions: Please note that our warranty does not cover, disposable vaping products. Damages caused by accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, or alterations made to the device. Damages resulting from normal wear and tear are also excluded from the warranty.

3. Process for Warranty Claims ( Excluding Disposable Vapes): For warranty claims related to disposable vapes, customers are required to provide a video demonstrating that the product is not working as intended. Within 3 working days of receiving your parcel. The video will be used to assess the issue and determine if it falls under the manufacturer's defect category.

4. Inspection and Returns: In some cases, we may need to inspect the faulty product to determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. If an inspection is necessary, the customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. However, if the issue is indeed a manufacturer's fault, we will refund the return postage costs along with the device replacement or refund.

5. Initiating Warranty Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact our customer support team within the 30-day warranty period. Please provide a clear explanation of the issue and attach the video to assist us in assessing the problem accurately.

6. Warranty Process: Upon receiving the warranty claim, our team will review the provided information and video. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturer's defect, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund, depending on the customer's preference.

7. Return of Faulty Devices: For returns of faulty devices, customers must follow the instructions provided by our customer support team. Please ensure that the device is securely packaged to prevent any damages during transit.

8. Limitations: The warranty provided by BuyVapesBulk is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
